Josh joined Oliver Parks in 2017. He began his career specializing in ERP recruitment, with a strong emphasis on the NetSuite and Acumatica ecosystems. Over several years, he built lasting relationships with a wide range of clients — from early-stage startups to enterprise-level organizations — supporting them through critical phases of growth and digital transformation.

In early 2023, Josh relocated to Dallas, Texas, and made a strategic shift into the renewable energy sector, where he now leads search efforts for some of the most innovative and fast-growing companies in the industry. His current focus is on supporting renewable energy developers, investment banks, private equity firms, and law practices that are actively involved in the energy transition.

Although his primary market is now renewable energy, Josh continues to support a core group of legacy clients in the NetSuite space, offering continuity and deep product knowledge.

Originally from Durham in the Northeast of England, he brings a global perspective and a hands-on approach to every search. Outside of work, Josh is an avid cook and a passionate rugby player, balancing a competitive mindset with a strong team-oriented ethos — both on the field and in his professional life.
